Oasis Therapy Services seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to serve as Director of Rehabilitation (DOR), coordinating therapy operations across Oasis locations in Greendale and Waukesha, Wisconsin. You will deliver one-on-one rehabilitation and lead clinical teams.

Responsibilities include evaluations, developing treatment plans, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining Net Health documentation across facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license or PT Compact.
• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited PT program; Wisconsin BOE accepted pathway.
• NPTE passed and Wisconsin licensure requirements met.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for mobility, strength, balance, and fall prevention.
• Provide one-on-one PT interventions to promote safety, mobility and independence.
• Serve as Director of Rehabilitation, coordinating daily operations and scheduling across Greendale and Waukesha.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and other personnel per Wisconsin regulations.
