Job summary

Powerback is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation to lead a team of clinicians across physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies. You will oversee all rehab services in the facility, deliver direct patient care, and ensure top quality care.

You will mentor staff, coordinate programs, and drive excellence in patient outcomes while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. This role offers strong growth, comprehensive benefits, and visa sponsorship options where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in rehab required; Master's preferred
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in state
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehab services in the facility and provide direct patient care
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the rehab team to high standards
• Design, implement, and evaluate rehab programs to restore patient function
