Powerback is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead a compassionate team across all disciplines. You will oversee all rehab services in the facility and collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the applicable state.
• Thorough Medicare and third-party billing knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems.
• Knowledge of state practice acts.
• Ability to interact positively with staff, patients, and the public.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all rehab services in the facility and lead the clinical team.
• Provide direct patient care as needed to support the team.
• Grow and mentor the clinical staff; design and implement programs.
• Adapt to the needs of patients and staff across settings.
