Job summary

South Hills seeks a Director of Rehabilitation overseeing Physical and Occupational Therapy services in our Oregon facility in Eugene. The role combines clinical leadership with program development, mentorship, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Require active PT or OT license in state, a related degree, and at least 2 years of clinical experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Active state license as PT, OT, PTA, COTA, or SLP-CCC.
• Degree in a related field (Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support oversight of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services at your assigned facility
• Participate in training on staffing, scheduling, productivity, and department operations
• Assist with ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company standards
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and clinical support to therapy staff
• Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development
• Provide hands-on therapy services within your licensed discipline as needed
