Elba Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Elba, AL is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead PT, OT, and SLP services with heart and purpose. You will guide individualized treatment plans centered on residents’ goals and quality of life, while ensuring compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and all regulatory standards.

As a senior leader, you’ll recruit, mentor, and supervise therapy staff, collaborate with the Administrator and department heads, and help shape a culture of restorative care

Qualificações

• Active AL license as PT, OT, SLP, COTA, PTA.
• 2-3+ years of rehab leadership experience, LTC/SNF strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid rehab regulations and documentation standards.
• Leadership style rooted in respect, consistency, and heart.
• The ability to stay calm and clear-headed when things get hard.
