Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead our in-house therapy team in California. You will supervise all rehab staff, participate in administrative meetings, and help develop and implement new programs to improve resident care.

You will ensure screening policies are followed and documentation is completed promptly, maintaining policy compliance across the team. The role requires a graduate in OT/PT/OTA or Speech Therapy with an active state license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy assistant, or speech therapy.
• Holds current license/registration in the state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and staff all members of the rehab team.
• Attend all meetings as indicated by the administrator.
• Assist in developing and implementing new programs as needed.
• Ensure screening policies are operating and compliant.
• Ensure documentation is completed promptly.
• Ensure rehab staff compliance with all policies and procedures.
