Job summary

Meadowood Nursing Center in California seeks a Director of Rehab to lead the in-house therapy team and drive quality outcomes for residents. You will supervise rehab staff, participate in administrator meetings, and implement new programs while ensuring compliance with screening policies and timely documentation.

The role requires a relevant professional degree (OT/PT/SLP) with an active state license, and a focus on delivering high-quality rehab services in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in occupational therapy, occupational therapy assistant, physical therapy, or speech therapy.
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Attend all meetings as indicated by the administrator.
• Assist in developing and implementing new programs as needed.
