Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in the United States is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead a team of clinicians and oversee all rehab services in a facility. You will mentor staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure high standards of rehabilitation.

Ideal candidate holds a rehabilitation degree, state licensure, and strong knowledge of Medicare billing; leadership and collaboration skills are essential to grow the clinical team and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, OT, or SLP; Master’s preferred.
• Licensed and/or eligible in state
• Knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to make independent decisions and problem solve
• Knowledge of state practice acts

Responsibilities

• Oversee all rehab services in the facility.
• Provide direct patient care while leading the rehabilitation team.
• Mentor and develop clinical staff to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate care across settings.
• Support therapists and assistants in program design, implementation, and execution.
