Position Responsibilities
  • Evaluate residents' rehabilitation potential and develop treatment plans
  • Inform residents or representatives about care plans and outcomes
  • Administer treatments per physician’s orders and maintain documentation
  • Review and update care plans quarterly
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to integrate rehabilitation goals
Qualifications
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist
  • State license required; management experience preferred
  • Experience in geriatric therapy fields preferred
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate others
  • Intermediate or higher English language skills for communication and safety
