Relient Health is seeking a caring and compassionate Director of Rehab (DOR)/Therapy Program Manager to work in a great Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Qualifications

• State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR)
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Stable work history
• Experience as a Director of Rehab or Therapy Program Manager preferred
