Responsibilities:

The Director of Rehab PTA manages rehabilitation services efficiently across assigned sites, supports integration in all settings, and ensures high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing rehabilitation services' efficiency and profitability.
2. Supporting staff in treatment and clinical education.
3. Reviewing outcomes and implementing improvement strategies.
4. Developing staff through rounding, coaching, and mentoring.
5. Participating in staff evaluations and hiring processes.
6. Managing daily staffing, financial controls, and facility reports.
7. Assisting in budget preparation and meeting financial goals.
8. Promoting clinical programs and staff development.
9. Securing new contracts and maintaining relationships with facility management.
10. Overseeing clinical management, case management, quality improvement, and care planning.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the APTA.

2. Licensed or eligible for licensure as required by the state.

3. Bachelor's degree preferred.

4. Minimum three years of direct patient care experience and one year of management or supervisory experience in rehabilitation.

5. Knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.

Posted Salary Range: USD $65,000 - $95,000 per year.
