Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Director of Rehab / Management for full-time in SNF and long-term care settings. Lead the rehab team, oversee clinical programs, and drive quality care with a focus on staff development and regulatory compliance.

You’ll supervise across disciplines, participate in facility meetings, and support strategic initiatives including immigration support for H1B candidates. Join a growing network with career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP to apply.
• Licensed therapist in the state of practice.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise rehab team across all disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively.
• Lead facility meetings as scheduled by regional/management.
• Develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor policy screening and documentation standards.
• Oversee documentation and chart audits; ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management on rehab goals.

Qualifications:

• Licensed therapist (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP) in the state of practice
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program complianceAbility to manage staff performance and clinical quality
