Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Director of Rehab - FT to lead our SNF and long-term care therapy programs. You will supervise the rehab team, develop clinical programs, ensure compliance, and collaborate with leadership to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist in the state of practice.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in rehab.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all rehab team members across disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled.
• Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs.
• Monitor screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff adherence to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and management to support rehab goals.

What You'll Do:
