Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Director of Rehab - FT to lead the rehab team in a SNF/long-term care setting. Must be a licensed PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP to apply. We offer comprehensive benefits and strong professional development.

The role requires leadership experience, clinical program oversight, and collaboration with facility management to ensure quality patient care and program compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP) in state of practice.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in rehab setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance.
• Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support rehab team across disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by regional/management.
• Develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals.
