Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Director of Rehab (FT) in Brick Township, NJ to lead the rehab team across disciplines in SNF and long-term care settings.

Must be a licensed PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP in the state; prior leadership experience preferred. We offer competitive pay, healthcare, 401(k) with company match, CEU credits, and immigration support for H1B candidates.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support all rehab team members across disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by management.
• Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely documentation completion and chart audits.
• Ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care.
