Director of Rehab / DOR PT / PTA / OTR / COTA / SLP - Healthcare Leadership Role

Join a facility and team dedicated to the clients they serve! This is a full-time position with a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Pay is up to $110,000 per year, based on experience and location. The position is located at Mary, Queen and Mother Center - St Louis, MO.

Setting: Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with diverse settings including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care.

Role Overview

As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will be in a healthcare management leadership role that involves inspiring others and making a meaningful impact. You will have the support of a strong corporate team and the autonomy to shape your therapy department, leading your team to success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical quality, integrity, service excellence, and the financial and operational viability of the rehabilitation program.
• Ensure client and company expectations are met.
• Plan, develop, implement, and monitor clinical services, documentation, billing, and customer relations.
• Identify and implement growth opportunities within the community and evaluate employee and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Current license in your state of practice (PT/PTA, OT/OTA, SLP).
• At least 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; 3 years preferred.
• At least 1 year of therapy management experience.
• Currently credentialed or able to become credentialed as a CDA within six months.
