Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Director of Rehab (DOR)/ Therapy Program Manager (COTA or PTA only) to work in a great Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Qualifications
  • State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR)
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
  • Stable Work History
  • Experience as Director of Rehab / Therapy Program Manager preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, direction, and daily management of patient care, clinical education, and staff development.
  • Communicate a shared vision for clinical excellence, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services aligned with evidence-based practices, policies, and legal requirements.
  • Foster a service-oriented culture emphasizing collaboration, employee engagement, quality, patient safety, and overall patient/resident experience.
  • Collaborate with administration and leadership teams on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
