Responsibilities

As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will lead a team of compassionate clinicians helping patients recover. You will oversee all rehab services in your facility, support your team through direct patient care, and ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services.

• Support, grow, and mentor your clinical team while addressing patient needs.
• Design, implement, and execute programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance patient abilities.
• Be adaptable to the needs of your team and patients, finding joy in diverse work settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and problem-solve effectively.
• Thorough knowledge of all state practice acts.
• Ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, families, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
• Effective staff management and motivation skills.
