Qualifications

• Active PT/OT/ST/PTA/COTA license in the state in which we operate (Required)
• Licensure must be current and in good standing

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, implements and monitors operations for quality, effectiveness, and financial viability; collaborates with Rehab Team
• Oversees clinical competency of therapy staff and implementation of resources, core programs and applicable products
• Delivers patient care and/or clinical supervision to meet patient goals as prescribed by the medical doctor and plans
• Ensures staff are licensed and trained in skilled therapy documentation; conducts reviews for documentation quality and billing integrity
• Oversees documentation accuracy, billing of therapy services, and denials; collaborates with HR for annual compliance

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Director of Rehabilitation Services

What You Will Do

• Plans, develops, implements and monitors operations for overall quality, effectiveness, and financial viability. Works with Rehab Team to ensure operational and clinical functions deliver desired results

• Oversees clinical competency of therapy staff and implementation of clinical resources, core programs and applicable specialty products

• Delivers patient care and/or clinical supervision to meet each patient's goals and needs as prescribed by medical doctor and determined by the evaluation and treatment plans.

• Ensures staff is properly licensed and trained in skilled therapy documentation; completes reviews for documentation quality and billing integrity; some reviews may be delegated to appropriately credentialed team member(s)

• Oversees compliance with accurate documentation, billing of therapy services, and denials. Partners with the HR administration team to ensure completion of annual compliance requirements.
