Job summary

Luxor Healthcare in Missouri is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy team overseeing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services.

The DOR will manage daily operations, supervise staff, ensure Medicare/Medicaid/PDPM compliance, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop resident care plans. This leadership role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within Luxor Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Current PT, OT, or SLP license.
• Rehabilitation management or supervisory experience preferred.
• SNF/Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
