Job summary

Butler County Community College is accepting applications for the position of Director of Records. This regular full-time role begins immediately with some evenings and occasional weekend hours.

Reporting to the Dean of Admissions and College Registrar, the Director leads the college's Records Office and oversees enrollment compliance. The role emphasizes technology-enabled enrollment processes from application to degree completion, along with coordinating annual curriculum and catalog updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Three years of experience in student affairs and enrollment management is required.
• Three years of direct experience using and/or managing student information systems, curriculum management systems, electronic forms and document retention systems is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and utilization of technology and effective processes to enhance the student enrollment experience from application to degree completion.
• Coordinate annual curriculum and catalog update processes in partnership with Academic Affairs.
• Oversee and supervise the daily office functions of the Records Office to ensure compliance with college, state and federal laws, policies and regulations related to student enrollment and records.
