Olympia Development of Michigan is seeking a seasoned Director of Development to oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle for the District Detroit and other opportunities. The role requires strategic leadership across planning, finance and construction, and a track record of delivering complex ground-up and adaptive projects.

You will manage acquisitions, entitlements, incentives and capital structures while coordinating with public and private stakeholders to align with the company’s

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate development, business or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial real estate development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Downtown Detroit real estate market.
• Proven track record delivering projects to completion.
• Deep understanding of real estate finance, entitlements and due diligence.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Shape and implement development strategy for District Detroit and future opportunities.
• Provide leadership across development disciplines including planning, finance, design and construction.
• Oversee development concepts, plans and budgets from approval to turnover.
• Manage ground-up and redevelopment of sites, including acquisitions.

• Coordinate public financing opportunities and covenants.
