The Leasing Representative maintains production responsibility, manages pipelines, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to drive deal velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant professional experience
• 1–3+ years of commercial leasing, real estate, or B2B sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close transactions
• Strong understanding of retail leasing fundamentals preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and digital marketing platforms preferred
• Strong work ethic and performance-driven mindset
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Technology-curious mindset with willingness to leverage tools, data, and systems to enhance productivity

Description

The Leasing Representative is responsible for direct leasing production across an assigned portfolio of shopping centers within the National Leasing Platform. This role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and executing small shop and mid-shop transactions, while supporting broader portfolio leasing objectives under the direction of a Director or Senior Director of Real Estate.

The Leasing Representative maintains individual ABR production responsibility and contributes meaningfully to overall portfolio performance. This role requires disciplined pipeline management, proactive prospecting, and strong cross-functional coordination to drive deal velocity.

This position is eligible for a base salary plus incentive compensation. An advance against incentive compensation will be in place in accordance with Company policy. The calculation of incentive compensation is governed by the Leasing Compensation Plan signed on an annual basis.

The Leasing Representative reports to a Director or Senior Director of Real Estate.

The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $110,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
