Responsibilities

• Execute Technology Roadmap: align GF Labs Quantum roadmap with industry needs and strategic customer engagements.
• Lead planning and execution of customer joint development programs for quantum systems with >1 million qubits.
• Scale the team: recruit, onboard, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of quantum physicists, integration and process engineers, design enablement engineers and project managers.
• Champion the value of quantum initiatives by communicating milestones and ROI to business stakeholders.
• System integration: ensure system-level reliability and develop robust cryo-operations capabilities.
• Oversee Process Integration execution: optimize scope and timelines, drive improvements in quantum fabrication, and track progress with OKRs.
