County Materials Family of Companies is hiring a Director of Quality & Technical Services for COUNTY PRESTRESS & PRECAST, LLC, with roles across Whitestown IN, Burlington WI, Roberts WI and Thompson OH. You will lead the quality control organization, standardize processes, and drive architectural precast capabilities across multiple plants.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Safety to elevate efficiencies, develop standards and support multi-plant architectural excellence

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Advanced degree in Business or Construction Management preferred.
• 7+ years of senior quality control management experience; continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead division-wide quality control teams with standardized processes and controls.
• Drive profitability and efficiency via cost analyses and data-driven decisions.
• Improve production standards for mix design, formwork, finishing, and QC.
• Mentor plant teams on architecture processes, color/texture matching, and inspection methods.
• Develop architectural details, modeling standards, and cross-plant collaboration.
• Create and execute a multi-year operational excellence roadmap for all plants.
• Partner with Engineering to improve throughput and reduce downtime; manage KPI reporting.
