Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a health-related field preferred.
• CPHQ or CPHRM certification preferred or willing to obtain within 12 months.
• Minimum 5–7 years in a healthcare setting with operations, analytics, quality management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational quality, risk, and compliance strategy.
• Oversee Quality Management System (QMS) and accreditation readiness.
• Direct incident reporting, RCA, and CAPA processes.
• Maintain organizational risk register and oversight of risk assessments.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives using data analytics to improve outcomes.
• Supervise Quality team and collaborate with departments to implement improvements.
