Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a clinical laboratory or QA setting.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state laboratory regulations.
• Experience with CAPA, QMS, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all functions of Quality Assurance and the QA Training Program.
• Oversee QA operations, CAPA, quality improvement plans, and audits.
• Direct internal and external audits related to ISO, CAP, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure training and competency requirements are defined and met.
