Job summary

CiresiMorek is seeking a senior quality and technical leader to direct QA, QC, process engineering, and laboratory functions across multiple metal manufacturing operations. You will drive quality system improvements and establish standards to meet demanding product requirements.

The role emphasizes strengthening process capability, reducing scrap and cost, and collaborating with Operations and Commercial teams to deliver on customer commitments. This is a high-impact leadership position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with nickel-based alloys, superalloys, melting, or metals conversion processes.
• 10+ years of progressive technical or quality management experience in metals manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Establish the quality and technical direction for multiple manufacturing operations, aligning process engineering and quality resources around key business priorities.
• Strengthen process capability by introducing tighter controls, statistical methods, and improvements to increase yield and reduce scrap and cost.
• Maintain an effective Quality Management System with audits, corrective actions, specs, and inspections.
• Provide technical oversight of critical manufacturing processes, raw materials, and complex customer issues.
• Partner with Operations and commercial teams to evaluate requirements and support customer commitments.
