Safe Air Technology is seeking a Director of Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) to lead and strengthen our quality, safety, and environmental programs across manufacturing operations. This executive role protects personnel and ensures high safety standards on the shop floor.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, safety, environmental science, manufacturing, industrial technology, or related field is preferred.
• 7+ years progressive experience in quality, safety, manufacturing or QHSE leadership
• Prior leadership experience overseeing multiple quality and/or safety functions strongly preferred.
• Strong manufacturing experience in industrial equipment, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fabrication, or engineered-to-order manufacturing environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and manufacturing safety programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NCR management, CAPA, root-cause analysis, process improvement, and quality auditing.
• Experience in developing SOPs, work instruction, inspection processes, and operational controls.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate data into corrective actions.
• Ability to work effectively with executive leadership while remaining engaged with employees on the manufacturing floor.
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500 preferred

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of QHSE to lead and strengthen our quality, safety, and environmental programs across our growing manufacturing operations. This role is critical to protecting our people and ensuring our shop operates at the highest safety standards.

What We're Looking For
