The Director of Quality Assurance supports Chief Area processes, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with federal, state, and authorizer regulations. This role involves monitoring, auditing, and collaborating with departments to improve efficacy and compliance. The position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
This is a full-time remote role based in Texas, with preferences for candidates in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin, Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County. Travel is minimal, not exceeding 20%.
Position is sedentary; requires sitting at a computer for extended periods.
Salary ranges from $108,100 to $128,600, with performance pay eligibility. Benefits include health plans, disability, life insurance, vacation, professional development, and a 403(b) plan. Relocation stipends may be available.
