Job summary

Searchmasters Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Quality to lead plant quality across three PA facilities: Coudersport, Wellsboro, and McElhattan. You will drive quality excellence, oversee PPAP/APQP/P-FMEAs, and ensure robust corrective actions and supplier quality management.

You will manage a team of 3 Senior Quality Engineers and 5 indirect reports, shaping strategic quality initiatives and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 8+ years of experience in a quality management leadership role.
• Background in automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant quality across Distribution/Re-pack, Injection Molding, and Wire Harness Manufacturing operations.
• Provide strategic quality leadership and support to three local manufacturing plants in Coudersport, Wellsboro, and McElhattan, PA.
• Directly manage a team of 3 Senior Quality Engineers with 5 indirect reports (IDR).
• Lead resolution of all quality issues, including corrective actions, root cause analysis, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Manage defective parts disposition and supplier quality issues to ensure continuous improvement.
• Oversee quality documentation processes including PPAP, APQP, and P-FMEAs.

Key Requirements
