Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a food manufacturing client searching for a QA Director to join their team due to a retirement. This organization is successful and established in their sector with modern facilities and an established QA team with strong tenure. This is a great opportunity for someone to have very little red tape and join a stable organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Quality Assurance team.
• Develop and implement quality systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain product quality.

Reports to: CEO

Reporting in directly: QA Manager

Layout: 2 buildings, approximately 250 employees total (within 30 miles of each other).

Target Candidate:

• Food industry QA management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
