Job summary

Maryhaven, Inc. is a leading behavioral health provider in Central Ohio, dedicated to addiction recovery and compassionate care. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, leading licensing and accreditation efforts, and evaluating program quality across campuses.

You will oversee client rights and HIPAA privacy, coordinate funding/licensure processes, and manage the electronic health records system to support strong, outcome-driven services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or behavioral healthcare field required.
• Two years of experience in quality assurance, project management, and planning in healthcare/h behavioral health setting.
• Three years of experience in direct provision, administration, or management in healthcare; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
• Lead recertification, licensing, accreditation, and auditing (CARF and OhioMHAS).
• Review systems, evaluate quality, and ensure contract and certification compliance.
• Serve as Client Rights Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer.
• Direct program evaluation activities including client satisfaction and service outcomes.
• Coordinate and submit funding and licensure applications and related reports.
• Manage electronic health records system and administrative tasks.

Candidate will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Lead successful recertification, licensing, accreditation and auditing with CARF and OhioMHAS. Review systems, evaluate quality, and ensure compliance with contracts, standards, and certifications. Serve as Client Rights Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer. Direct program evaluation activities including client satisfaction and service outcomes. Lead responsibility for coordination and submission of funding and licensure applications and related reports. Manage electronic health records system and administration.

Education/Experience

Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in human services or a behavioral healthcare field. Two years of experience required in quality assurance, project management, and planning in a healthcare, behavioral healthcare, or human service agency. Three years of experience in the direct provision, administration, or management in healthcare, behavioral healthcare preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
