  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence across all sites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in steel, heavy manufacturing, or metals processing.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ASTM, AWS, and ASME standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, including ITAR, EAR, and Joint Certification Program (JCP) requirements for handling controlled technical data.
  • Certification or demonstrated application of Lean, Six Sigma methodologies; or similar CI methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
