Description du poste

Stratum Land & Energy Partners is a public affairs and government relations firm focused on utility-scale energy developers. The firm specializes in securing local discretionary approvals such as conditional use permits, special use permits, rezones, tax abatements, and host community agreements by working directly with county boards and planning commissions. Stratum operates as a primary local presence, traveling to project sites, meeting with commissioners, and building the political infrastructure necessary for project success. Founded by Ian Evans after a decade in utility-scale solar and battery energy storage (BESS) development across the Midwest and Southeast, the firm combines deep industry expertise with a selective engagement model. Stratum takes on a deliberate number of projects at a time so each client receives principal-level attention and strategic guidance.
