Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine seeks a Director of Provider Enrollment to lead the enrollment functions across Johns Hopkins Medicine affiliates. You will develop policies, oversee credentialing workflows, and partner with payers to optimize reimbursement and access to care in a high-volume academic medical setting.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, guiding teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business required.
• Master's degree highly preferred.
• Seven years of progressive responsibility in related roles.
• Five years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer regulations.
• Knowledge of EPIC PB Resolute and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provider enrollment activities for multiple Johns Hopkins entities.
• Develop and enforce enrollment policies and procedures.
• Create oversight reports and dashboards on enrollment performance.
• Ensure accurate claims submissions, payments and appeals.
• Monitor enrollment timelines and staff productivity.
• Collaborate with insurers and clinical departments to optimize access and reimbursement.
