Job description

Our company, Equity Growth Inc, has an immediate opportunity for a Director of Property Management to join our firm based in Naples, FL. This is a remote position, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, with periodic travel to properties across six states including Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Texas. Living in Florida is ideal but not required. Experience in the Manufactured Home property management industry is required. We offer competitive pay and health insurance benefits.

Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Management: Develop and execute the business plan for a portfolio of manufactured home parks. Coordinate capital expenditure programs. Develop financial metrics and analyze reports for performance and cost optimization.
  2. Operations Management: Manage a team of Regional and Community Managers to ensure operational excellence, including property maintenance, vendor negotiations, inspections, and due diligence for new acquisitions.
  3. Resident Relations: Implement resident engagement strategies, train staff, enforce rules, and oversee lease processes to foster positive community relationships.
  4. Staff Supervision: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff, overseeing a team of 15-20 personnel and growing.
  5. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and respond to inspections and compliance issues promptly.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on key metrics, identify trends, and present findings to management.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $85,000 annually.
