Qualifikationen

• Six years of progressively responsible capital project planning and management.
• Experience in procurement and contracting for capital projects.
• Supervisory experience related to project/facilities management.
• Substitution: equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Aufgaben

• Direct planning and project management activities for capital projects, including goals, objectives, and capital improvement programs.
• Oversee budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting for capital projects.
• Prepare and present the capital project budget to County Board; manage revenues and expenditures.
• Lead and manage professional services contracts, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments on personnel policies and workforce planning.
• Manage inventory of building assets and analyze space utilization.
