Job summary

Barnhart Crane & Rigging is seeking a Director of Projects to lead the organization’s project portfolio and governance across the branch network. You will partner with Branch Managers, Project Managers, and senior leadership to ensure safe, efficient execution in alignment with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of project leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple functions.
• Nuclear project experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project processes, tools and standards.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Monitor project pipeline, backlog, resource allocation, and project health across the network.
