A leading company in renewable energy construction seeks a Director of Project Controls responsible for managing project controls processes and leading a team. The role requires extensive experience in project management, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction management and proven leadership skills.
The Director of Project Controls is the functional leader for the Project Controls Department, acting as a part of the Company’s strategic leadership team as key contributor to the safety, people, client and profit key results for the Company. Director is principally responsible for all project controls in the renewables market sector, including earned value management, schedule management, cost & change management, equipment and labor management, project forecasting, and the management and talent development for the project controls team behind those responsibilities. The Director is also responsible for implementing and continuously improving all project controls processes, systems, and tools within the Company and shall act as a key resource to other department team members and Company leadership. Senior staff within the Project Controls Department shall report directly to the Director, and the Director shall be responsible for managing, coordinating, and evaluating such staff’s work and performance.
Location and Travel:
This position is an office based position in one of our the following locations: Fargo, ND; Phx, AZ; Indianapolis, IN; Clinton, IN. This position does require 25% travel throughout the United States.
