Job summary

Lynker Corporation is seeking an experienced Director of Programs to lead a portfolio of technical and operational programs. You will oversee program execution, testing and evaluation, and customer engagement, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and timelines.

In this role you will provide leadership for assigned programs, coordinate objectives and resources across teams, and drive data-driven reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated program management expertise.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
