About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Professional Services to lead and scale our Professional Services organization as we continue to grow. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing multiple functions, including Customer Onboarding and our Analyst Services team. You'll be responsible for building a world-class services organization that delivers measurable value to our customers and drives product adoption.

What you’ll do

1. Lead, mentor, and scale the Onboarding and Analyst Services teams within the Professional Services organization.
2. Build and optimize scalable processes, playbooks, and customer engagement models.
3. Hire, develop, and retain top-tier talent, creating a high-performing, customer-first culture.
4. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, CX, Support, and Sales to improve customer outcomes and accelerate time to value.
5. Define and track success metrics, including onboarding timelines, adoption milestones, and service satisfaction.
6. Drive strategic initiatives that improve customer retention, reduce churn, and increase revenue from services.
7. Own enablement programs that ensure the team is trained on product knowledge, service delivery, and cybersecurity trends.
8. Represent the voice of the customer internally, offering insights and feedback to influence product roadmap and strategy.

Who you are

1. 5–8+ years of experience leading and scaling Professional Services organizations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
2. Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and the challenges security teams face today.
3. Proven track record of building scalable service delivery models, including onboarding, implementation, and advisory services.
4. Strong experience working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes across Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
5. Ability to hire, lead, and grow high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to customers and internal stakeholders alike.
7. Strategic mindset paired with operational excellence—you can zoom out to plan and zoom in to execute.

Compensation Range: $180,000 - $220,000

Please note that ranges showed encompass the entire US market, from higher rate cities like NYC, Bay Area and Seattle, to all the US Metro Area.
