Job summary

DCI Marketing, Inc. is seeking an experienced production/operations leader to drive outsourcing of fixtures and printed materials.

You will oversee supplier selection, budgeting, quality, and on-time delivery while mentoring a growing team and collaborating with sales, design, and logistics to meet client needs. Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's in business, supply chain, or manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing retail fixtures and point-of-purchase displays.
• Effective communicator across multi-functional teams and suppliers.
• Familiarity with various manufacturing processes, printing, and related materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation and written/oral communication skills.
• Energetic and owning your work with a passion for success.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at follow-up.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership across diverse teams and situations.
• High aptitude for mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead department to drive success on projects.
• Work closely with sales, design, project management, installation, logistics and client relations to meet budgets, schedules, and quality targets.
• Act as a technical resource and provide training within the company; mentor department team.
• Manage supplier base, establish relationships, and resolve supplier issues and claims.
• Oversee total cost, quality, warranty, and on-time delivery of production projects; estimate costs of fixtures and components.
• Develop and track KPI’s for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Directly manage the Manager of Graphic Production and the Director of Global Supply Chain.
• Provide project support as needed.
