Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a director-level leader to drive product strategy, governance, and performance for the Spares SBU. You will lead PLMs and PMs, shape the roadmap for FPM, Repair, and On-Demand, and enable a scalable, product-centric operating model to drive revenue and margin expansion.

The role emphasizes accountable product performance, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, BD, Marketing, and Operations, and advancing KPIs that deliver value for customers and the company.

Qualifications

• Required 12+ years in product management, supply chain, or semiconductor services.
• Proven P&L and portfolio management experience.
• Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Preferred Experience with FPM, Repair, or service models.
• Tier 1 customer exposure (TSMC, Samsung, Intel).
• MBA or advanced technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the integrated product strategy across FPM, Repair, and On-Demand.
• Define multi-year roadmap aligned to growth, margin, and cost objectives.
• Support next-generation offerings and innovation.
• Establish product KPIs and executive reporting.
• Drive integration across planning, logistics, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Lead global team of PLMs and PMs.
