Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap across the homeowner funnel, portal, and post-origination experience.
• Own the wholesale partner experience and lead expansion scoping with legal and compliance.
• Drive funnel performance through experimentation, analytics, and martech strategy.
• Define and track metrics such as conversion, satisfaction, partner adoption, and time-to-fund.
• Coach PMs and designers while building discovery and research practices.
• Partner with People Ops on hiring and org design as the team scales.
