This leadership role drives formulation innovation, commercialization, and scale-up in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with travel to Colorado operations as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product development and formulation leadership within nutraceuticals or related industries.
• Experience guiding commercialization and scale-up in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, DSHEA, labeling and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development strategy, formulation innovation, and commercialization across the company’s portfolio.
• Guide products from concept through formulation, pilot trials, scale-up, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Build and develop a high-performing Product Development team through coaching, mentoring, and leadership.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Regulatory, and Engineering teams to ensure successful commercialization and operational execution.
• Drive product quality, performance, stability, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Identify emerging ingredients, technologies, and market trends to support innovation and future growth.

Director of Product Development
Location:Las Vegas, NV (with travel to Colorado operations as needed)

This organization develops and produces innovative products across multiple categories and is known for its strong quality standards, technical expertise, and vertically integrated operations. This leadership role will shape the future product portfolio, drive innovation, and build development capabilities that directly impact the company’s long-term growth.

• 10+ years of product development and formulation leadership experience required within nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related industries; experience leading commercialization and scale-up in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
