Job summary

Docker is seeking a transformative Product Design Leader to guide the design team across Docker's product portfolio, shaping how the team works with AI tools while keeping human judgment at the helm. You will collaborate with design engineering and the design system team to deliver integrated user experiences.

This United States–based role offers a base salary range of $206,500–$295,000, equity for all full-time employees, generous PTO and parental leave, and comprehensive benefits.
