About the Team:
The AlphaSense Product Design team is composed of talented product designers located across the US and Finland. We’re a detail-oriented, strategic-minded group dedicated to creating engaging user experiences that deliver real results. We base our designs on a deep understanding of user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics, ensuring that our work drives meaningful impact for our clients, which range from Fortune 1000 companies to leading financial institutions around the globe. Our commitment to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement ensures that we stay at the forefront of our field and deliver the best possible user experiences.
About the Role:
With AlphaSense Enterprise Intelligence, we're building an entirely new layer of decision-making infrastructure. We’re looking for an innovative Design leader to lead the user experience vision and design of enterprise integration capabilities that transform how customers integrate their proprietary internal content into AlphaSense. You’ll define design strategy based on a deep understanding of enterprise workflows, our tech stack, and the competitive landscape. You’ll partner directly with our platform and AI/ML engineering teams to understand how customer content is parsed, transformed, and made semantically searchable at scale. We’re entering a phase of explosive enterprise adoption of GenAI. Organizations are hungry to activate their internal knowledge — and you’ll lead the design that makes that possible.
This role reports directly to the VP of Design. You’ll have direct accountability for the enterprise integrations domain and will partner closely with senior product leadership to set design direction for the Enterprise Intelligence product line.

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.
