Job summary

AspenTech is seeking a Product Management Director to lead the Aspen HYSYS process simulation portfolio. You will define strategy, roadmap and growth, while managing a team and aligning with R&D, Sales, Services and Marketing to ensure market leadership.

You will build strong customer relationships, champion customer-centric development, and drive innovation in collaboration with multiple teams. This role requires senior leadership and deep industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Petroleum/Process Eng or related field.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Aspen HYSYS.
• Lead agile roadmap for product lifecycle from ideation to execution.
• Engage with customers, partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Product Management team.
• Collaborate with R&D, AI, UX and other portfolios to differentiate the product.
