Director of Private Label Sales - Atlanta, GA

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions was born at the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis. Today, Ronnoco services customers in more than 40 states through DSD and strategic distributors. At Ronnoco, we sell a wide selection of coffee, cappuccino, iced coffee, tea, lemonade and other beverage solutions. We also provide our customers service and graphics support. Our role is to help make our customers happy serving both them and their customers.

We are currently looking for a Director of Private Label Sales, a remote role with a national territory,who will develop and drive strategic initiatives to achieve revenue goals and growth objectives by building new private label business while continuing to expand our current customer base in regional sales.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Successfully partner with and manage relationships with clients both prospective and top 25%.
  • Serve as a key business consultant for their region.
  • Develop and execute new account plans, deliver presentations to new clients, and close business.
  • Implement creative incentives and promotions.
  • Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes while ensuring those efforts are in line with corporate goals and strategies.
  • Partner with the senior leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Facilitate successful implementation of new programs throughout the sales organization by ensuring well-defined, efficient sales processes are in place.
  • Act as Ronnoco's brand champion and community outreach leader, effectively communicating the differentiated value of our products and services while networking and establishing positive relationships within the regions we serve.
  • Consistently develop business and meet established sales goals.
  • Prepare and deliver customer contracts, proposal, and presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
  • Exceed customer expectations by acting proactively, professionally, and in a positive manner.

Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 - 10 years' professional sales experience, including cold calling experience.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box, independent thinker who can implement new sourcing strategies and promotions to incent the team to hit goals and close new business.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Travel is required, no less than 50%.
  • Proven ability to develop a book of business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work cross-functionally with all teams.
  • Team player with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and partner with employees and managers across the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
